Public-record information we publish
Directory profiles reproduce public records published by the Nevada Real Estate Division: for licensees, name, license number, license dates, company, business address, county, business license number, and veteran indicator; for associations, name, registration number, type, number of units, telephone, and address. See Sources & Methodology. To report an error in a profile about you, use the correction link on the profile or email us.
Information you submit
- Claim and correction requests (on profile pages): name, email, phone, your note, and an optional photo or logo. These are emailed to the site administrator; requests that include an image are also stored in the site database, and the image is stored in the site’s media library. Nothing is published without administrator review.
- Reviews: your name, email address, rating, and review text are stored. We email you a confirmation link. After confirmation and administrator approval, the review is shown with a shortened form of your name; your email address is not displayed.
- Vendor listing inquiries: business name, contact name, email, phone, website, category, service area, licensed/insured answers, preferred listing tier, and message are stored and emailed to the site administrator.
- Premium profile contact forms (only on paid profile pages): name, email, phone, interest, and message are emailed to the site administrator, and the form submission is counted in that profile’s statistics.
Please do not submit confidential information through the site’s forms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the web server records each request (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and time) in server access logs. The site does not use analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies for ordinary visitors; WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators who sign in.
Third-party services
- Maps: pages with a map load the Leaflet map library from unpkg.com and map images from OpenStreetMap’s tile servers (tile.openstreetmap.org). Your browser contacts those services directly, which exposes your IP address and browser information to them.
- Geocoding: to place map markers, the site sends public-record business addresses (not visitor information) to OpenStreetMap Nominatim.
- Advertising: the site does not currently display advertising. This policy will be updated before advertising is enabled.
- Spam protection: the review form supports Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA, but neither is currently enabled.
Form notifications and review confirmation emails are sent from this site’s own mail server.
